Pennsbury School District Residencies for 2012-2013

in partnership with the Pennsbury Partners Program.
For the 2012-2013 school year,
Guy Davis, bluesman will be giving assemblies to three middle and five elementary schools in October.  He will teach them the history of blues music through his own music.  This will culminate in a performance for the community on November 2.

Educational Partnership

In 1996, Bucks County Performing Arts Center became partners with the Pennsbury School District to bring live arts into the classroom. These artists, who are carefully chosen from all over the country and the world, come to enrich the Arts Education of students at Pennsbury. In addition, BCPAC is now actively working to extend its reach around Bucks County to places like the James A. Michener Art Museum in Doylestown. These new initiatives will enable BCPAC to reach out to many more people of all ages throughout the county.
