Pennsbury School District Residencies for 2010-2011

To date, there will be a 4-day residency in four elementary and three middle schools in the Pennsbury School District.  The residency will be called:  “Jazz for Kids” and will take place between October 25-28-2010.  It will feature the David Leonhardt Jazz Group.  Children will learn how the idiom of jazz is put together. 

This project is partially supported by a grant by Pennsylvania Performing Arts on Tour, a program developed and funded by The Heinz Endowments; the William Penn Foundation; the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts, a state agency; and the Pew Charitable Trusts; and administered by Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation.
